Boeing postpones Delta IV launch for second time

Problems with the installation of heat-resistant material forced Boeing to postpone the launch of a Delta IV rocket for the second time in three days. The rocket will carry a U.S. spy satellite into orbit. Boeing said it hopes to reschedule the launch for next Wednesday. The delays could put pressure on Boeing's launch schedule.
