Junk fax loophole could open lines for more

The Junk Fax Prevention Act, passed this summer, removes one of the few laws against fax abuse, putting in place a loophole to allow businesses to send junk-faxes to anyone with whom they have an "established business relationship." Critics say that can constitute any business you call or visit, even if you never gave them your fax number.
