San Francisco's Four Seasons for sale; more to follow

San Francisco's landmark Four Seasons hotel has been put on the market and the hotel is expected to fetch between $140 million to $195 million, a record for the city's hotel market. The 277-room hotel is just the first of several major properties in the city expected to be put up for sale, with the 360-room Park Hyatt and a large portion of the 329-room Pan Pacific also being readied for the market.
