Rural towns celebrate new broadband access

Remote Vermont towns have struggled for years with glacially slow dial-up Internet connections, but thanks to a $10.5 million federal grant, several towns and schools will this week celebrate their new broadband access. "We will be able to have a normal life," said Kenn Stransky, a school board member. "It'll open up unbelievable worlds for my students."
