Mayor visits with Chicago-area students via Skype

Ed Zabrocki, mayor of Tinley Park, Ill., spoke with students at four schools on Friday using the online-software program Skype, which enables users to video chat for free. The mayor typically visits personally with students, but when a scheduling conflict made that impossible, officials decided to use the online program.
