Students continue to return to Denver's public middle schools

Data show enrollment is up for the third year running at Denver's public middle schools, many of which had been plagued with unfavorable reputations. Economic realities may be driving some families to reconsider sending their children to public schools, but many of the middle schools have also improved their programs, according to schools chief Tom Boasberg, who called the change a "renaissance."
