Coffee Bean earns new Facebook fans with interactive strategy

The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf has tapped startup MomentFeed for social media engagement tools that allow the coffee shop chain to "like" or comment on fans' Instagram and Facebook photos as well as repost the images to its own branded social channels. The effort has helped contribute to a 136% boost in the company's number of Facebook fans. "You want to be present in the channels where your customers are engaging," said Patrice Anderson, director of social media and e-commerce for Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf.
