Go Launcher gains steam in China after gathering U.S., South Korean fans

Beijing-based Go Launcher is an Android home-screen personalizer that has amassed 80 million monthly active users and now has three more products garnering 50 million installations each, Kim-Mai Cutler writes. Most of its users are in the U.S. and South Korea, but the company's popularity is growing in China. Go Launcher "earns revenue mainly through advertising, a premium paid version of the product and providing distribution for third-party apps," Cutler writes.
