The kale craze may be coming to an end

Kale continues to have staunch supporters, including a National Kale Day with a kale dance party to promote its benefits, but some food writers think all the devotion to the cabbage cousin is unnecessary. While the leafy green is laden with health benefits, some say worshiping one food for its curative powers can lead to an unbalanced diet.
