TEPCO reports new radioactive leak at Fukushima Daiichi plant

One of the tanks at Tokyo Electric Power's Fukushima Daiichi nuclear plant in Japan leaked about 114 gallons of radioactive water, the company said. Some of the water spilled into the Pacific Ocean, but the situation is "under control," said Japanese Chief Cabinet Secretary Yoshihide Suga.
