Town will repay village for airport watch in Massena, N.Y.

The town council in Massena, N.Y., voted to compensate the village about $25,000 for providing security at Massena International Airport. The deal would extend the village's authority to continue policing the airport for the rest of 2013. The town says the village approved the agreement to provide services to the airport, and that the Transportation Security Administration may provide some reimbursement.
