Unilever CEO Paul Polman said his job is "to make others successful," which he achieves by taking a long-term approach based on a "deeper sense of purpose" as the company grapples with issues including corporate sustainability, food security, deforestation and sanitation. "I think the main thing is to have a firm belief about the core responsibility of solving these challenges, and not delegating that to someone else," he said.
