Californians see olive oil production as an art

Napa Valley may be well known for its wine, but many Californians are investing their time in homegrown olive oil. "Grapes are far too overproduced now," says a California olive grower. "But olive oil is still very exclusive. There's a great cachet to doing it, and olive trees also make nice landscaping to your property."
