Providers should be on lookout for lower profile, age-related conditions

While familiar diseases including cancer and heart disease get the utmost attention, health care providers should also be aware of lower profile conditions that are common and increasing in occurrence, experts say. Conditions include chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, urinary incontinence and age-related macular degeneration.
