Animal rights group wins egg label change

An animal rights group has successfully persuaded the Federal Trade Commission to approve a logo and label change on egg cartons. The old logo said "Animal Care Certified," which the group claimed misled consumers on the conditions under which the hens live. The new logo will read "United Egg Producers Certified."
