Downtown St. Louis to undergo revitalization

St. Louis Centre, the last "trouble spot" in downtown St. Louis, has been sold for redevelopment into a mixed-use condominium and retail complex. The project, which is being developed by Pyramid Companies without federal or state historic tax credits, will cost $270 million and bring the decade-long downtown development picture "into focus," according to the president of Pyramid.
