Dan Danner, NFIB president and CEO, writes that he is baffled about why small businesses need to keep reiterating that an employer mandate, payroll tax and government-run insurance program are not acceptable options to reform health care policy. "We support market reforms that will increase access to insurance plans and drive more competition and lower costs, not a bunch of new taxes and confusing rhetoric," Danner says.
