Obama: Changes in health insurance would bolster SMBs

President Barack Obama appealed to small-business owners Saturday in his weekly radio address, saying his health reform plans would reduce how much they pay to provide insurance to their employees. The plan includes state-run insurance exchanges, which the president maintains will give small businesses more bargaining power with insurers. "We know that reforming our health insurance system will be a critical step in rebuilding our economy so that our entrepreneurs can pursue the American dream again, and our small businesses can grow and expand and create new jobs again," he said.
