Obama may not approve climate measure before U.N. summit

President Barack Obama may not be able to sign a climate bill before a U.N. summit scheduled for December in Copenhagen, said Carol Browner, the White House's leading climate and energy adviser. "We'd like to be [finished with] the process," but it's unlikely to occur, Browner said during a conference. The government is dedicated to approving extensive energy and climate measures "on the most aggressive time line possible," she added.
