Third Coast Chemicals seeks to take control of Dow's facility in U.K.

Third Coast Chemicals expressed interest in taking control of Dow Chemical's chemical facility in Wilton, England, as the British government considers ways to save the plant from closure. Texas-based Third Coast plans to refit the monoethylene glycol plant to produce triethylene glycol to continue operations and secure thousands of jobs.
