Flood-ravaged schools in Pakistan get $148 million from USAID

The US Agency for International Development will give Pakistan a $148 million grant to help jump-start education in flood-ravaged areas of Pakistan. The grant will focus on five regions in South Punjab and will focus on teacher training, building schools and rebuilding those destroyed in the floods.
