Group moves to block EPA water quality plan for South Florida park

An environmental group in South Florida urged a district judge to stop the Environmental Protection Agency's plan to enforce the Clean Water Act in the Everglades National Park as tougher regulations are needed to address water pollution and boost restoration efforts in the area. The group also asked the court to add the South Florida Water Management District to the pollution lawsuit as the agency is responsible for the permits concerning water use and agricultural drainage.
