Study adds to "fit but fat" debate among medical experts

People who are obese but have normal cholesterol, blood sugar and blood pressure readings still can improve their health by losing weight, researchers found. The data add to the "fit but fat" debate, which researchers call a gray zone where there are differing opinions on whether people can be obese but still considered healthy.
