Embry-Riddle signs contract for Web-based flight tracking

Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University has invested in a flight tracking system, Symphony OpsVue, through a two-year agreement with ITT Corp. The university will use the Web-based system at its campuses in Florida and Arizona. "It's all about safety and collision avoidance. It's also about efficiency," said Bob Ross, Embry-Riddle's assistant director for media relations.
