Euro-zone finance ministers postpone decision on Greek rescue

Finance ministers in the euro zone delayed a decision about providing further assistance to Greece, although they acknowledged that the Greek government has made progress in trimming its debt. Eurogroup Chairman Jean-Claude Juncker emphasised that none of the euro-zone nations is seeking a Greek default, and he rejected concerns about Greece exiting the euro area. The ministers did reach an agreement to provide Finland with collateral in exchange for Greek aid.
