FMI to members: Info is available on swipe-fee reform

FMI urged members to use material from the Federal Trade Commission to educate themselves about debit card swipe-fee reform, which went into effect Saturday. "The FTC's proactive efforts will undoubtedly help keep networks and financial institutions from skirting the new regulations and will provide a critical outlet for merchants to report any concerns," said Liz Garner, FMI's director of government relations.
