T-Mobile, Wal-Mart link on plan for light voice users

T-Mobile USA has joined up with Wal-Mart on a no-contract plan to charge $30 a month for 5 gigabytes of data and unlimited text messaging along with 100 voice minutes, after which users would spend 10 cents a minute for voice services. Wal-Mart will expand its T-Mobile inventory to six phones, including a model that supports the carrier's HSPA+ network.
