Wellness programs make a difference in recruiting employees, says KLA-Tencor CEO Rick Wallace, whose company was selected one of the Healthiest Companies in the Bay by the Silicon Valley/San Jose Business Journal. Wallace says people want to be healthy "and if you want to attract employees, you're kidding yourself if you don't think that [wellness] matters."
