Capitol Hill, center stage for shutdown showdown

Much drama but little progress was underway this week in Washington, D.C. as lawmakers on both sides of the partisan divide accused each other of holding key government services hostage. Asked if the shutdown offered any silver lining, Rep. Reid Ribble, R-Wis., said only: "The answer is no."
