Casa Mexicana cited as source of salmonella outbreak in Ky.

The Hopkins County Health Department on Wednesday named Casa Mexicana as the source of a fatal salmonella outbreak in western Kentucky. Eight cases were explicitly tied to the Mexican restaurant, the health department's director, Denise Beach, said. So far, one person has died and at least five have been hospitalized.
