Feedback among physicians may address safety issues, complaints

A study in The Joint Commission Journal on Quality and Patient Safety revealed 64% of physicians who received feedback from a peer intervention program designed to address safety issues and patient complaints showed improved behavior and risk scores. However, 17% of those who did not respond to the initiative attained worse risk scores, while scores for 19% were unchanged.
