Eating more fruits, vegetables may help with weight loss

Although calories still count regarding weight, research shows that people can eat more of the right foods and still lose weight. According to Dr. Barbara J. Rolls, a professor of behavioral health at Pennsylvania State University, "people given the message to eat more fruits and vegetables lost significantly more weight than those told to eat less fat."
