Golfers sue Marriott over lack of disabled carts

Two disabled golfers have filed a lawsuit against Marriott International accusing the company of violating the Americans with Disabilities Act by not providing specialized golf carts for the disabled. The carts, which can cost thousands more than conventional golf carts, are in use at about 300 golf courses around the nation. A Marriott spokesman said the accusations are being reviewed.
