Serta told to change claims about its mattresses and bed fires

Based on Sealy's complaint to the National Advertising Division of the Council of Better Business Bureaus about Serta's assertion that the company's FireBlocker mattress offers more escape time when a child's bed catches fire, NAD has asked Serta to modify its claims. "The evidence was not sufficient to support the advertiser's claim," the NAD stated.
