Study: American diets lack enough vitamins

Many Americans are not getting the recommending doses of several key nutrients, according to a USDA survey. Essential vitamins, however, can be added to one's diet by diversifying food intake, cooking at home and eating certain vegetables, one health and nutrition writer says.
