Dealer, contractor agree good planning ends need for "special hours"

The editors of Lawn & Landscape and Commercial Dealer magazines asked a contractor and a dealer about whether dealers should offer special hours to commercial customers. Both dealer Dante Terzigni, owner of Do-Cut Sales & Service in Ohio and contractor Chris Beeler of Stay Green in California, said that short of a major emergency, proper planning on the contractor's part generally negates any need for special hours.
