Michigan bill would allow emergency access to employee restrooms

The Michigan Legislature is considering a bill that would grant emergency access to employee-only restrooms for people suffering from Crohn's disease, irritable bowel syndrome or medical conditions requiring immediate access to a bathroom. The bill would require customers to provide a physician-signed statement.
