US Airways to buy 92 Airbus jets

US Airways has firmed up an order from Airbus for 92 aircraft, including 32 wide-body and 60 A320 narrow-body planes. The new wide-body jets will allow US Airways to expand its international operations if it decides to do so. The carrier's domestic fleet will remain stable, as older Boeing planes are to be retired as new Airbus jets are delivered.
