Appeals court rules against Ohio parents who wanted broader IEP

An Ohio district met its legal obligations to a boy with autism even though the boy's parents objected to the IEP designed by educators, a federal appeals court ruled. The boy's parents, Jeff and Sandee Winkelman, say the district's plan failed to address behavioral problems.
