Enbridge announces plan to construct $250M pipeline in U.S. Gulf

Enbridge said it intends to construct a crude-oil pipeline in the Gulf of Mexico worth $250 million. The pipeline would transport 100,000 barrels a day from the Big Foot ultra-deepwater development, and the Canadian company said it would be built in partnership with Chevron Texaco, Statoil and Marubini Oil & Gas.
