Indiana board looks to make changes to teacher education

Indiana's Professional Standards Advisory Board is considering changes to how the state educates its teachers. Tony Bennett, the state's top education official, is calling for potential teachers to spend more time in college learning about the subject they intend to teach and spend less time learning how to teach. But others say that teaching time is needed to reach students.
