Parents say Ohio district is still failing students with disabilities

Parents of students with disabilities in Worthington, Ohio, say their school district has not improved its treatment of their children -- months after the state ordered it to do so. The Ohio Department of Education sanctioned Worthington schools in March after it found that students' individual learning plans were poorly written and not always followed.
