Should you be afraid of germs on a plane?

Don't fret that that the next time you travel the airplane cabin will expose you to a hotbed of germs -- doctors say the environment has the same risk of infection as any enclosed space, such as an office. The air inside an airplane is refreshed about 15 times an hour -- as opposed to less than 12 times an hour in an office -- and passes through antibacterial filters, they say.
