Transocean is still refusing to cooperate with the federal panel probing the Gulf of Mexico oil spill, said U.S. Coast Guard Capt. Hung Nguyen, the co-chairman of the panel. Speaking at a hearing near New Orleans, Nguyen said the company has yet to produce key documents or a witness to testify on safety measures. "We did issue two subpoenas for the same thing. Each time, we were told it was irrelevant and burdensome," he added.
