4 are accused of contracting fraud at Army Corps of Engineers

Federal prosecutors said managers at the Army Corps of Engineers cooperated with a technology company to cheat the government out of $20 million through contracting fraud. They said that by filing inflated invoices, four men carried out "one of the most brazen corruption schemes in the history of federal contracting."
