Ind. courthouse installs new clock tower

The Randolf County courthouse in Indiana has lifted a new clock tower atop its building as part of its renovation project. With the clock tower restored, the 132-foot structure is one of the tallest buildings in the county. The courthouse removed the original clock tower in 1954 when its mansard roof deteriorated.
