Mich. eyes more infrastructure investments for economic progress

Michigan has hopes of being a logistics and transportation hub, and several projects either under way or planned are designed to help meet that goal. For instance, Canadian Pacific -- along with the Windsor Port Authority and Borealis Infrastructure Management -- are working on a freight rail tunnel that would connect Detroit and Windsor, Ontario, and accommodate double-stacked rail shipments.
