Study: Most recruiters use social networks to evaluate applicants

More than 90% of recruiters are screening job applicants via social networks, Reppler research shows. Candidates are most often rejected when online research uncovers lies about qualifications, complaints about a former employer, or the applicant's lousy communication skills, the study finds.
