New jobs report could help Obama bounce back, or not

The unemployment rate has fallen to 7.8%, its lowest level since January 2009, according to a Labor Department jobs report. Some analysts call this a win for President Barack Obama's economic plans, but Rex Nutting is not so sure. "If you think President Obama has failed, you'll still think that after this report. And if you think that the president has the right policies to the turn the country around, this report is vindication," Nutting writes.
