Researchers develop mobile app to help ease anxiety

Mental health experts have developed the Anxiety Coach application, a self-help tool designed to aid patients in managing anxiety disorders. The app features educational materials on anxiety and treatments, a "check-up" system that lets patients assess their symptoms, and a central component that allows patients to select their fears from a list and take part in about 500 activities designed to help ease those fears.
